Unfortunately customer wasnt able to provide correct details.
IP did not match given adress country. Without, we are unable to correctly tax the item in the correct country as per EU VAT MoSS Scheme https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/c...ss_scheme/ As he failed, He was offered a refund and refund was done. The customer can just confirm himself that he was refunded, otherwise i can provide screenshots of his ticket. please note i might not reply before 48h here as i am on a business trip. thank you for understanding.
