I worked with @datatouch support team for a little bit of time . All I know is they replace everything for customers who send proofs of the issue . All the customers who got refunds/replacements are always happy and thankful . Btw , @datatouch would never scams a 1k xD and all that @Her said is true. This is a stupid deal dispute , believe me

it may be stupid but explain over 1 week of not replacing and ghosting u nerd, also yes he would he was banned for previous scamming and bought his way back in

Both my gift cards I bought from him are fake/invalid
Honestly will reopen dispute too I guess, he can't refund but brags about "making 100k in a day" on telegram
