almost every other visa he sold was dead, and he sold millions worth, so I'd say he owed $500k+ in replacements, so yeah I WOULDNT be surprised if that gets exit scammed... also im mainly doing this cuz its been a week and i've given him so many chances

Cards are replaced if they have no balance, you must show proof they have no balance and you will have your cards replaced. Obviously your account getting locked is not his fault in anyway, you must show proof all the cards you paid for have no balance to be replaced, which you are yet to do.

He used his own aged amazon account not only that but the other cards didn't work either. And u still claim the cards are fine? So if the card just straight up doesn't work its not you're problem but if it has no balance it is.

That does not change the fact he is still yet to show proof of these claims. And the account locking is user error, not card error.
