Additional Information: Starting to get annoyed with this, user claims that he suddenly can't login to his paypal (lol) after being paid and its been several days now and seems like there is no urgency on his end of fixing it(?)  and I'm tired of feeling like I'm bothering him for my own money so maybe a DD will do something. Either want to be paid or the payment refunded if its not possible to do the prior. Thanks
