Additional Information: Asked this guy for clear expectation of linkedin account. Sent me BR account instead of USA or CAN, UK, or anything I can use. Ontop of that, BR account didnt work, 2FA link didnt work, mail worked but LinkedIn prompted for 2FA of mobile when he assured it wouldn't. I'm in the market to buy hundreds of these accounts, not checking individual accounts and waiting for replacements because he can't verify his acc works before sending it. Now he is saying "I never promise money back". Literally just send the BTC back if you cant provide adequate or working service. Not too difficult to understand.
