If you have friends delivering food by bike, you could ask them to share their account. I did that for a period when I didn't have the age to work. Otherwise you could do the dishes in a restaurant ?
Making money on internet at the age of 15 takes more investment than in real life ig.

The food delivery suggested by @mybethoath is a good idea. You could try Fiverr if you have some marketable skill or ability or if you're willing to do odd things for $5. FWIW -- your mom sounds a bit harsh LOL.

I'd suggest using any skill you have to your disposal, whether it be graphic design, coding, marketing, etc. Possibilities are endless and as long as you promote your skills and stay consistent, stay humble and be unique then you can potentially take one of your skills and turn it into something long term. If you want to go in another direction, apply to local shops part time and tell them you are hard working, a fast learner and that you are ready to dedicate yourself to them.

Start by posting your portfolio or finished designs on forums, showcase your designs on fiverr, anywhere where there will be eyes on your work. My biggest suggestion is constantly try to improve, take constructive criticism and better your projects.
