I recommend Python for beginners, it reads similar to English and isn't too difficult to pick up with some practice. From there, where you branch out really depends on what you'd like to focus on. If you're interested in expanding your web development skills (since you already have HTML and CSS knowledge), I recommend learning JavaScript.

I'm ready to start learning something new that can help me contribute to this forum and also maybe get a couple bucks myself
which programming language should I learn in order to make some cool hackerman tools for penetration testing and cool stuff like that
ive never had experience with any programming language except some little html and little css
what should I learn for a beginner, and how to profit out of it when I learn it
i dream to have a cool service with cool gfx where I can make some savings and spend it on video games or invest in something
where should I start and what should I do, 

btw, it doesn't have to be a programming language that I can learn, it can be anything other like web development or anything that I can do online
i just need a way to make money, also i dont want to do anything illegal that can do harm to other people, thanks for understanding and reading this crap i just wrote so far

if you want to help with things like websites, learn javascript, css and HTML
if you want to program software, java is good
if you want to just get into programming scripts, python is the leading language but it is high level meaning it does most of the work for you at cost  of preformance. its syntax is unique aswell making it easier to read for newer developers. :monkas:

Python is the best option for you, i leanrt C++ and its not that useful for pentesting, website shits, its good for hacking other softwares, but python is the best for this ! I have some friends who know python and they dont regret the choice. I hope i helped you.
