I recommend Python for beginners, it reads similar to English and isn't too difficult to pick up with some practice. From there, where you branch out really depends on what you'd like to focus on. If you're interested in expanding your web development skills (since you already have HTML and CSS knowledge), I recommend learning JavaScript.

Python is the best option for you, i leanrt C++ and its not that useful for pentesting, website shits, its good for hacking other softwares, but python is the best for this ! I have some friends who know python and they dont regret the choice. I hope i helped you.
