Where or how to get decent proxies?

Hey, I've just started trying to crack using STORM, but I keep getting the issue of, "Ban Key Found, Retrying...", which I guess means the proxies have already been banned from whatever I'm trying to crack. My current method of getting proxies is either using a proxy scraper tool then running that list through a proxy checker or getting proxies from here and running them through a proxy checker. If someone knows of a good place to buy I would love a link. Two more things, how many proxies do you need? I usually get about 1300 "working" ones if I use a list I got from cracked.to or only 80-100 of a given proxy if I scrape them myself, and what is the best thing for a beginner (who is using free resources for the time being) to crack. Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

1. use latest openbullet or silverbullet . it's easy to obtain working configs of these programs ( you can select anyone from config's subsection here on cracked.to)
2. use proxies from proxies from proxies subsection , i know they may not be so hq but at least they work . 
 
you can easily crack some accounts by following above steps .
