What to do with hacked PSN accounts?

A lot of people have been posting psn accounts here but whenever I try to change the psn password the account gets locked so what should I do to ensure that doesn't happen?
Pls help me

What are you getting the accounts for? If it's just to play the games on them then don't change the password, just download the games and then you can play them on your own user. That way they don't notice they've been hacked.
