What motivate you for daily exercise?

Just find your goal. U can't stay motivated all the time, lazy days are always coming. With routine u don't give a fuck about them and work on yourself keeping in mind that being weak is the worst nowadays and can even increase chance of depression or other shit diseases

And the most significant thing. If you don't like to exercise at home/gym there are a lot of forms that could convince u to train them regularly such as various combat sports

It's not about motivation, its about discipline. You have to start by doing it even when you dont feel like it and after 2 weeks it will become a habit. It's only hard at the start after a while you enjoy it.
Also listen to some banger songs which get you pumped up and energized to workout
