Although I already have a crypto wallet, I'm looking for more secure alternative.

I had a ledger but lost it and don't feel like paying for a new one.

I'm looking for a wallet that is secure and at the same time has a wonderful UI, but alot of these wallets look the same, which do you reccomend?

Try Coinomi. I using coinomi for years and its pretty good.
