You can jailbrake it and mess around with the internals, there is the possibility of blocking out all connections to the icloud and apple services however unless you know exactly what the fuck you are doing, you are likely to fuck up.

i heard of mail in services in china that can erase icloud lock. im going to search my contacts now and if they can do it, ill post back here.
