I need bank account under specific name ( I have his drivers license and passport as well as multiple selfies).
I need it just to initiate bank transfer of 1 euro using his name to a specific platform
(Reference should be specified with the transfer and it has to be under his name, platforms such as western union won't work).
(WISE won't work (Already tried).
IDEAL option is accepted as well.
