So if I had got an older PC, and used like a RDP or a Virtual Box / Server would that make my computer be faster and can play like GTA V and other games and things

This isn’t physically possible unless you upgrade the PC. Virtual boxes are used to revert back to older OS. Virtual boxes are programs, they can’t physically alter your PC. Sorry man. You can fiddle with settings to try to get as much out of it as possible, but older PCs have some hard limits.
