i upgraded my account yesterday to Premium 
it said i should wait between 5-10 mins 

anyway i recorded a vid when im paying 

btw no one of the staff team are supporting here 
im sending them PMs but no one replying on me 
i need a little bit support to know how long i should wait

is it ok to wait more than 12 hours 
and in the upgrade section in the forums said "it will be done between 5-10 mins "
