If you're looking for a fast proxy checker, you found it. 
UNFX Proxy checker is fast and very useful, arranging the proxies by type.
I personally use this tool to check my proxies.
 
You can set the max timeout for the proxies and 
export the proxies by a specific protocol [https , htttp , socks4 , socks5

If You couldn't export the proxies in 1.3.1 ,  try version 1.3.0
