Those are the stats of the base domain. The sell is on one of their separately hosted sub domains. If you're good at web cyber sec you could prolly find a way to do lateral movement over to the main domain but thats theoretical.
The main purpose of the shell would be to upload your own phishing pages and use the domain authority of the domain (39 domain authority) to spread your education based malware (like fake PDFs and docs)
