He will reply to you within 24 hours. You just need to wait. Even if you pay $150 or $1500, he won’t block you or run away. He’s simply asking for time, which is normal.

Hello,

The server was suspended for multiple abuse reports that we received, obviously it takes time to actually assign a new IP and replace the currrent IP.
I'm not a super human that will respond to every issue within seconds, a common reply takes up to 12-24 hours at most and we will process as soon as we can.
We have many customers that are satisfied with the service that we offer, but at some time you're just going to have to wait. If not, you will need to find a different hosting.

This is not the first time that he has received abuse reports, with me urging to use proxies to prevent downtime, it shouldn't even happen in the first place if you had properly configured your software.

I have also decided I am not going to be providing you a refund for the actual server itself, you have abused our TOS while I've been very lenient to pass it on, but making false reports about the service we offer and calling us out as a scammer, that's just false as it damages our reputation
We will only refund the IP change fee $15
