Supreme clarification - leechometer and when to report leechers

Over the past several months I've probably reported hundreds of accounts with 80-100+ posts where they all give the typical "thanks", "thank you", gibberish or just quote the OP.  Before reporting, I always go through the users posts to make sure I'm not reporting someone who's actually contributing in discussions. This takes time, and in most cases these accounts never participate in the community.

The @Leechometer is supposed to auto-ban leechers after 60 posts, correct? It is working, right? Does it have any logic in it to check if user threads are leak requests, introduction posts, or deleted threads? Does it run all the time / daily? 

I don't want to report leechers and create extra work for the mods when the leechometer is already supposed to do it automatically, but there are obviously accounts that are getting through. After how many posts should we report a leecher? 80? 100? 150?  Are there cases when we should report leechers with less than 60 posts? 

Looking for answers/clarification from staff, but discussion/feedback from anyone is welcome.

Leechometer automatic banning is off atm. When manually tasked leechometer starts banning.

Other than that regarding reporting leechers. Do report when u see someone spamming something like : - dkjfkljdlkfjdkjf wieiowe09ie0 msdmkjsksks

or if someone is having 20+ posts and no contribution in the forum. you can report such accounts. Actions will be taken accordingly.

Thank you @Barry for clarifying.  I've been reporting the gibberish messages as spam if they have < 60 posts or leecher if > 60 posts, but I can start reporting all as leechers moving forward.
