Hello, cracked.io community, moderators, and administrators,
Over the past year, I've frequently encountered posts promoting scams such as "Scam the casinos," "Free x$ gift card method," and "Scam G2A," commonly referred to as G2A/Scam spam. I have a few suggestions on how we might reduce these scam-related posts:
1. Set limits on how often new users can post to prevent spam.
2. Use filters to automatically block repeated posts with the same links, photos, and text, as most scam posts currently follow a recognizable pattern.
3. Another pattern is when the bot makes 15+ post the same thread with the same description under 5 min in different forums and usually the account is created today.
4. As far as I can see there are 2 types of bots one that create threads usually the have 22 threads and 22 posts and the second type is the one that comment and the one that comments how this exploit works usually with 0 post and 20+ posts.
Thank you for taking the time to consider these suggestions and stay safe.
