Additional Information: Okay so basically he paid me 2x 30$ for designs and he says he sent me 2x 30$ and in my wallet i can see both transactions but they have the exact same hash and my balance only increased with 30$ 
and the first transaction he sent yesterday after 1hrs was shown as invalid on blockchain explorer
i would like someone who actually know how blockchain works would review this because i worked 1.5hrs in a hurry to only get half of the money i was supposed to and im pretty fucking pissed yes.

For starters, you can see that the transactions (both are confirmed)

2. You can see that in the seller wallet, there are two $ 30 transactions

You can see that the transactions were confirmed on FEB 20 (today), he also received them on 20 FEB


3. You can see that in exodus it does not show (Pending) to either of the two transactions


4. Both $ 30 transactions have the same TX, I don't know exactly, but it's possible, you can check txt here:


5. For more evidence, check the pictures.


6. It is impossible for the seller to receive another transaction on 20 FEB fixed for $ 30, and both my $ 30 transactions are confirmed, it is clear he received $ 60 in total.

I recieved 30$ just check the video i sent you and try to use common sense  if i had 30$ in my wallet already and i recieve 2x30$ how is my balance 60$??
Also the two transactions were sent 2 hrs between but the transactions showing in my wallet were sent at the same time and have the same hash = this is one transaction of 30$

i really hope this is only a coinbase side problem because in my point of view @RobberyLaw really doesnt seem like a scammer but the facts are facts and i only recieved 30$ thats why i opened this dispute

It was a problem on coinbase side, i recieved the 30$ sorry for the unnescessary drama.
