I got no idea what he is or where he is  I don't know him I have always accepted MM in any deal, Aand willing accept MM at any future deals I sent him card which is usable (Instant) because i can't give gurantee original owner can use it or some and I got no idea what he done with it nor I care, I Delete all conversation by bulk because of Too many dms  i can't pin more than 5 ppl

If he complaining about 100$ card that got declined and tried to say "oh he didn't send me" then he wrong lot of cards go through some decline
