Additional Information:
After an hour from him not sending me the preview as promised I had enough of his bullshit, also it had been more than 4 hours and according to Evolots confirmation, we coud close the deal if he didn't deliver in LESS than 4 hours.
According to my request and his confirmation, and the set timeframe for delivery given by him, we can see clearly that 4+ hours has passed and that the deal can then be deemed closed.
I immediately contacted another designer I had worked with and paid him to start work on the designs. I also made an community alert thread to warn other members of dealing with Evolot, as I noticed he's doing the same shit to all of his customers.
He even uses the same sentences to delay delivery several times, "imgur or imdbb?". As an revenge for my community alert, Evolot opened a scam report and has now changed his mind regarding our closed deal.
Evolots scam report on me is INVALID, and it amazes me how it still is up and haven't been closed by staff, although I completely understand that staff members might be overloaded with other work - Especially other Evolot scam reports.

His scam report on me should now be closed as there is literally proof that he agreed to close the deal, in the middle of it, he gave the ETA for it and he couldn't deliver within his own given timeframe - So we closed it.
