Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 86$ (before he ask 175$ i paid 50% before he finish work) finally i don't paid totality like you can see in the conv he say me keep the other 50% but he don't want refund me for that's work)

I ask frontend and backend a full website btw he say me he can totally do it for 175 $ 
First i ask him edit source i paid one seller to do multi seller he say to me he can do directly from scratch with my payment system added and all feature i ask when click on product redirect on it etc a fully website this what i get .

Only html nothing php nothing are do feature nothing he say 3/4 days for do it he take a month for give me 2 html files and i don't have a complete website working i get nothing here

I don't agree with this, you have done 10% of the work there is literally nothing done here if i ask other dev i need re do all the website maybe refund 80% ye but not 50 %
