Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Didn't pay for Thread Design
Screenshots of Communication: Proof that he accepted my Terms of Services and Full Discord Chat Ticket Transcript
Additional Information: My TOS states I need 30% of total fees upfront and the rest within 24 hours after I'm done, as he's an old customer I didn't take the 30%. He was stalling the payment saying he doesn't have BTC and is buying from Paxful. And he hasn't been replying to my messages nor answering my DMS. He also has negative reputations, which doesn't back him up. I just want him to do as is told in my TOS, that is pay the fees and vouch.
