That prove your VPS is working and has internet
There are some errors but maybe your APT is fucked up.

Just reinstall your VPS on Ubuntu do
sudo apt-get install curl
curl -s https://packagecloud.io/install/reposito...ipt.deb.sh | sudo bash
sudo apt-get install speedtest

And then "speedtest" to see your internet speed, should be minmum 100mbps but may fluctuate
