I will also open a scam report on this seller. Should have listened to other ppl saying he's a scammer. The service he provides is awful. His smtp stopped working after 5 emails sent. Bought another one and couldn't even send one single email. Wasted $200. Plus support is dreadful. The takes super long to reply. I don't recommend and will open a scam report soon. I have all the convo saved

A license for 50k of email / SMS, not a single SMS reaches its destination (I checked the carriers).

Out of 250 emails, 90% arrived in spam mailboxes.

Pretty sure he's a friend of some mods or else this is inexplicable. I've seen so many scam reports and it's clear the quality is horrible. I'm sure he won't get banned so in waiting for this to be closed so I can open mine so ppl can be alerted on how bad this seller is.

@Rent Even if the buyer agreed to your terms, such quality is not acceptable and you can't hide behind your TOS everytime. OP used only 0.05% of what was promised. Since you've had similar disputes in the past, this shows that this wasn't just a one time issue with the previous user(s). You will have to refund OP fully within 24hrs.
