Additional Information: So Basically A Month Ago I Buyed A Paypal Cfg From This Guy Which Is Captchaless.After I Paid I Revived The Product But When I Used It The Accounts Never Logged In On Paypal Orignal Website And All Hits Were Invalid And The Config Was Also Public Taken From Other Forum.So I Asked Him For Refund And He Didn't Wanna Refund.So I Found His C.to Profile After 1 Month Which Is Rn And I Send Him A C.to Pm To Refund Me Within 24 Hrs.Despite Of The Pm He Didnt Answer It Within 24 Hrs So I Am Opening This Scam Report.
