I had almost 10k messages, also I had 931241 reps and 24812123 likes. 
I don't know about @shady but he has the same issue.

Oh RIP, maybe there was a certain period when you could still restore old shouts and now it's not possible anymore? I was able to restore my almost 6k and it was around 2-3 months ago

@J_S did you wipe them?
