Deal dispute can only be opened if buyer and seller cannot reach a solution, in this case you made no attempt to contact intenseproxy administration or support, even if you contacted them, you did not give them enough time to resolve your issue.

Furthermore, the issue was created by you as you did not send the exact amount requested by invoice, thus your order was marked as underpaid and you were asked to contact support by coinbase commerce.
