Additional Information: Sent him vouch copy for a tool I'm releasing 14 days ago. Yesterday I messaged him and told him that if he doesn't test it in the next 48 hours I'll be opening a report since I see him talk in the shoutbox for hours every single day yet he's ignoring me on Discord. Yesterday he sent me a question "13 days after being sent the file, the first question he asked after being threatened a DD" but I wasn't home to answer and just now he whispered me in the shoutbox "daring me to open a report" since I didn't answer his question that he had 13 days to ask. Well @Bears I accept your dare therefore I'm opening this. @Darkness please keep a DWC on his profile until he has reviewed the tool I sent him. He wanna waste my time so he should be punished for it

@Darkness like I mentioned I sent him the file 13 days ago and he asked me the FIRST question yesterday after being threatened by a dispute. He'll be answered later when I'm home but I want this to stay open. He wasted 2 week of my time he can wait 24 hours for me to answer him.
