What is BlackNET?

BlackNET is a advanced and modern Windows botnet with a nice and secure PHP panel built using VB.NET.
The GitHub repo got closed by the owner. Here is a reupload of the latest version. I tested it on Win 10 & Win 11 Pro machines, and everything seem to be working correctly.

Note: I recommend you to always use this in a VM/RDP or any other Sandbox Environment!
