I Agree with all the point' except the one above, They should be visible to all, there are chances of fake reports but people need to be aware of the reports against a user. A thread reporting a user is like an announcement which just a DWC banner cant do.

Well, if you own for example a coding service, there are disputes here and there, we always win them, but it takes like a week to solve them. Would be pretty bad to not be able to use the forum for that time? There should be like “trusted” and if they get a scam report they should be excluded from those “sanctions”. Furthermore, the DWC tag should go away after a scam report is solved in the favor of the accused.

I would like this change but one thing should be different.

There should be a difference between a DWC from scam report and DWC from new users after they posted.
Because those shouldn't get like the limit to just being able to post in dd section.
These should I think just get a temp limit to not being able to post in marketplace a second time until staff approves them.

The rest I think is a good idea though.
