Looks like they will need to start providing proper customer support and resolving issues when they happen instead of ghosting and ignoring complaints! sheesh!

Agreed with everything mentioned here, most scams happen because it's extremely easy for newcomers to start selling without any sort of restriction, a tag warning people of newcomers would prevent most scams that happen due to that reason. Also the fact that people can upgrade to the smallest upgrade tier and start selling right away, without being noticed, is a huge problem that would be solved by adding a warning on newcomers profiles stating they are indeed newcomers and should be dealt with caution.

Well thats good ideas, exept for this one "Scam reports should be restricted to the OP, the DWC users and staff members only." Every users should be allowed to see the scam report but maybe not to answer to it, if someone is interested in a product and see the DWC tag but don't even know why it's a bit weird.
So restricted yes but only text restricted to other users

All these suggestions are top notch to prevent people from being scammed so easily and I don't know why no one came up with this until now, imo this should have been implemented by now.

- Upgraded plan.
- 50 or more likes.
- 50 or more rep.
- 150 or more posts.

Because it is easy to buy a plan and start selling, or a users account must be 2 months old to be able to sell something + upgraded membership.
