- Definitely, the worst client we have worked with since our opening. To provide some context, a few months ago, he took an plan on our site to host a script. His script was poorly made, utilizing several thousand threads (500,000 by head), inevitably causing issues. He then proceeded to spam our entire team, believing that we would debug his script. Despite his incessant spamming and insulting behavior, we spent an immeasurable amount of time addressing his problem. After several weeks of usage, he requested a refund for his rdp. Initially, we agreed to refund him through his original payment method. It took us some time to process the refund, and during this period, he escalated his spam efforts using multiple Telegram accounts and sending messages to our clients. I informed him that his refund would only be credited to his rdp.monster account, considering his actions, and that this was already an exceptional decision. In our terms (as also shown in his screenshot), it is clearly stated: "All payments are final, and we do not provide refunds. The customer agrees to contact our billing department and attempt to resolve any billing issues before filing a dispute or chargeback." His refund was indeed exceptional, but it was not enough. We remained professional and refunded him in credit. Today, on Christmas Eve, he returned to demand his already-refunded money, accusing us of being scammers and spamming us. So we are THE hosting provider that refunded a client despite his product usage, even though our initial conditions indicated no refunds and responding to his spams on Christmas would be considered as "scammer." By clicking on his c.io profile, I noticed that another person complained about the same issue (https://i.imgur.com/VARSAuZ.png). In summary, we have already wasted too much time dealing with this impatient client and writing this message. The customer has already been refunded even though our conditions are "No refund", which is a gift, but it's not enough for him... |
