[Suggestion] Auto Shoutbox Marketplace Feature

Hello there, I think that might be useful a paid feature (for credits or money) for posting on Shoutbox Marketplace. I mean, if you pay X money you will have the feature of put an autimatic message for one week/month, like the "autobump" feature.

There might be 2 tiers, basic tier with one message per 1 hour and tier 1 with one message per 30 minutes.
