Only supreme can change name to banned members name, for that they can contact any Admin. Also sub 2k uid name's banned or unbanned including staff current +former names are off the table.

You need supreme in order to change your name to take banned/inactive(Must be inactive for 6+ Months) names.When you get pm one of the admins, they will change your name for you.
