new registered members, to open the section
should user to have at least 1day online and make 3 threads.
second, if there any ability to add some requiring
to the BOT to eliminate any members without this update such as;
a members should make true 1 thread every 20 posts.
Also, members who post twice in the same thread.

and what is stopping a person to crack bunch of inactive old leechers accounts that have some posts & threads? People do good giveaways here. i do not see how "25 posts and 10 threads and 30 days of reigstration" is going to decrease bots/leechers. is more worth in the long run for the botters/leechers to create multiple accounts / hack accounts and spam in giveaways

1. Category for Giveaways
2. Escrow For Giveaway
3. Automatic giveaway picker + thread closure (Thread owners decide how many winners, price and giveaway end date and exactly at that time the giveaway closes and winners are chosen)
4. If 2nd option is not an option then thread owners get 24hours to prove that the giveaway prizes were distributed.
5. Remove option for owners to choose their winners 
6. Custom set reequipments by author of the post (will get penalized if misused) 
7. Have staffs go thru all the giveaways to ensure that the giveaways are done legibly and successfully
