Admin-managed service or not. The proxies here are complete, utter shit. I'll share my experience with a country like Germany. Germany is one of the top countries in the world when it comes to IP addresses and proxies. It already starts here that "Premium Residential Proxies" does not list all 16 federal states. It is even worse that an entire federal state was simply down at some time. We're talking about a federal state here, not a city. Even if there is a "Sticky" option, it only lasts for a few minutes. Let's move on to the "Budget Residential Proxies". Here, the proxies last much longer with the above-mentioned option. But that's about it. The worst thing here is that you have to find the cities manually via a crap dropdown menu. You can neither type in the city nor search for it using shortcuts (CTRL + F). A list with thousands of cities appears and you have to search for the respective city. Which is then mostly down, but if you generally choose a state where you happen to connect to that city, strangely enough, that city somehow works.

What I also don't like at all is that you are virtually forced to visit their site. So you can't leave the proxies for a long time (we're talking 2+ days here). Example: I exported German proxies and left them in the Proxy Checker for a few days. After a few days, the proxies rotated - which is not a bad thing at all - but some rotated to another country. In my case, it was France. The settings (and therefore also the country code in the username) of course remained the same. So the country code is “de” and the proxy connects to France. It can't be that fucked up.

The only good thing about this provider is the low price and the quick support. Nothing more.
