Someone do charge back with Paypal what i do?

One of random customer did the chargeback alert, what i need to do to not let them get the refund, the goods were delivered.

can't help you really, paypal is such bullshit most of the time if you provide all proof goods has been delivered they still let the buyer win.

next time have the person add a note to the payment that declares they are buying this and understand a refund is not possible.

@SpaceTaco Never accept paypal payment, if a customer doesn't have crypto then redirect him to an exchanger. You can maybe loose one or two customer but at the end of the day you will still be profitable and avoid the risk of getting random chargebacks that ruins your business
