Suggestion for anti-raid / anti-spam (@Leechometer may be able to assist)

No staff online? These features activate my default:

Sending any URL more than three times results in an automatic one-hour mute
Sending the same message more than three times results in an automatic one-hour mute
Whispering to more than three persons in less than a minute (not sure if this is feasible) equals 1 hour of auto-mute

This will stop anyone from attempting to advertise other forums, Telegram/Discord services, or cracked.io marketplace threads

Great suggestion but there are always at least a staff online (some can be AFK)
And auto mute for a link, it is severe (imagine getting muted 1hour for sending an image lmao)
