Amount or Item(s) Scammed: The user is definitely trying to keep selling me and insists on selling public data, he even wanted to sell me a leaked sample.

Additional Information: I’m looking to purchase combolists. This person keeps messaging me, claiming to have valuable data and offering various prices. I was reluctant from the beginning and ask him 2 time what was his cracked profile but he ignored it first time, so he sent me some samples to test.
To verify the authenticity and ensure it's not public data, I forwarded the sample to my trusted contact — the one who actually needs this data and to whom I'm supposed to resell it. My contact reviewed the sample and immediately told me that he already had that account — and not only that, but he purchased it previously from a different person.
I then went back to the seller and explained that my contact already has the sample that @CirclestC trying to sell me, and he even purchased it previously. So the seller is giving me a sample that he already sold to my partner and claiming it’s private — which is dishonest.
On top of that, he initially tried to sell me an account for $50. When I refused and showed hesitation due to lack of trust, he suddenly changed his mind and offered it as a sample “to test.” This behavior is highly suspicious and clearly manipulative.
Again, I sent this second sample to my contact, and he confirmed that he already has this account too. I asked him if he bought it, and he said yes. proof here bottom : https://imgur.com/a/LFQIx9e
So I confronted the seller again, explaining that the data he’s offering is already known to my buyer and clearly not private, and that he is trying to scam me by reselling public or previously sold data under the pretense that it's exclusive.
To be honest, he need a ban.
