So as I said, before payment I was never asked or demanded to show the documents used for the verification.

I do not feel comfortable showing you the documents used, since you could use them for other verifications, I will however be totally fine to sending them over to @Liars, for him to do a quality check on them. 

And you agreed before payment that the account doesn't have to be restored, and our chat logs prove that.
The verification was made, in order for you to be able to withdraw your money from that PayPal Account, after PayPal's 90 days withdrawal locked funds policy.

I have few objections

​​​​​​​- Showing document isnt big deal, What would he do with document? why not feel comfirtable? This was exactly the scammers made these type of excuses before scammed or tried to scam me
- Making Fake ID isnt a big deal, there was websites which cost 10$ - 20$ to make fake SSN IDS, and not a father of someone can detects its FAKE ID. I am pretty sure u know its since ur old user than me 
-Account was shared between u and him, He is not retard to change phone number just like that and put his account and money at risk, has not personal issue with you to use them as excuse to bring you down, So i am sure he did not do it
- Theres another guy giving Witness you scammed him too, posted screenshot

- And you said you dont gaurantee paypal will verify ID, paypal should 100% verify even if ID is real or fake (Realistic and high quality), Its work of later if paypal further investigates to see ID is fake or real, at first they always verify it

I never scammed anyone and I refunded the other guy.

My docs were flawless, but they ban even personal account with all real data and documents, just because you've violated their TOS, and my docs have nothing to do with that.

Since @Darkness is taking forever to reply, I am fine with sending @Spoofless  the docs I've used for his account if he closes this scam report.

just close the scamreport, pointless to continue, seems like it takes years for an answer.

@Darkness Close this scam report, remove my DWC and also remove @Spoofless's DWC. His scam report looks like it has been closed also!
