Additional Information:

So to be clear: Its not ApolloArt who scammed me, I got scammed by developers of his Dev Service.

I joined the server and asked for a website, on the website people can play dice against each other with money deposit/withdraw etc.

My budget was 1000$, the developer said for 200$ extra a friend will make a design, I agreed AS LONG AS I like the design!

Dev started working, took some time, all good.
We changed some stuff I didnt liked etc.

It was straight in my exam phase so I didnt had alot of time.

At some point the developers got impatient, they told me I have to pay now etc. While the project wasnt even finished.
They were SPAMMING my Tag in the Chat and were harrassing me. 

I told them, its not a problem for me to pay, I just want one feature, dev denied and told me I have to pay extra for it (pretty rude for 1,2k job) but sure I agreed on 100$ extra for it, after that I was ready to release money.

It took another week for them to finish, also I didnt had much time, in the end dev was waiting for me to send him some Images for the feature, did that and waited again.

After this was done, I just asked about some features I requested weeks ago (he took the testing website offline so couldnt check myself if its done), he denied and told he wasnt able to do it, I told him that I definetly want this features.
Again they were just spamming me to pay, without even finishing the project, they were also claiming I would have to pay AGAIN extra for this feature (Was requested from the beginning on and its litteraly MINOR thing)

They were denying. 

Then the devs started to threaten me, they said they will just take the money and delete the ticket If I dont pay now. Still project was unfinished... I told them min 50 times, I wont pay if the project is not done.
Dev claimed its "too late" to ask for this, because he already "waited long time" and he wont do anything else anymore.

I told him 20 times, I just want this MINOR thing Ive asked plenty of times for. But nope, didnt got it, ticket got deleted now. Money scammed, no refund, project unfinished.

I am managing requests on olympus in winters absence, so I have read the entire ticket and every update/changes made. I also spoke with the developer and got this from him.
Maxi (@MadisonBeer) had requested a website that would allow users to automatically join a room upon visiting the site. Once in the room, users could invite others and start a game where both parties would need to deposit an equal amount of money and crypto. The website would then automatically track transactions, and once the deposit was complete, the game would commence. In this game, the dice would be rolled three times until one user won three times. The winner would be the one with the highest number of points in their dice roll, and they would receive the betted funds. As for the ticket, I had completed the entire website more than a month ago and had been sending videos of the developed features to the host for testing purposes. I had been updating the host so that he could test the site himself. There is a ticket to show that I had completed the work. After all of this, he called me a scammer? I had legitimately finished the website and provided videos as evidence. He was supposed to pay on March 30th but delayed and requested extra features. I spent days coding them for FREE, hoping he would at least release payment by April 15th, but he delayed again and requested more extra features. I got angry and told him that he would need to pay for additional features, which he initially refused. After arguing for days, he agreed to pay $100 for another feature, which I agreed to. Once again, I completed the extra feature and asked him to release payment, but he delayed for another 15 days, causing me to wait for more than a month in total. I became extremely angry and fed up, and decided not to continue working on the project until he sent payment. He then started telling lies, claiming that I had not done any work or made any changes, which I disproved by sending links to the ticket. He even blamed me for deleting his messages of "proof," which I did not have permission to do. He is simply a dishonest individual who cannot pay the full amount and continuously delays my payment while requesting additional features, creating an endless loop. Neverth eless, I have self-respect, and I will not dance to his tune.
He also mentions this to you inside of the ticket, now I do not agree with the tone in which he was speaking to you but everybody seems to be on edge towards the end.

I would also like to mention your money is not gone and developers do not recieve payment until request has been fufilled. I can refund you the money you have sent anytime.

-> Ive asked for decoration stuff I want included (paid 200$ for the design obv I want revisions???
-> In the end we agreed to top the budget by 100$ for a SIMPLE extra function, where is the problem?
-> In the end I tried checking the current state of the site so I can release money. Developer took the website offline, so I was unable to check if the site is done.
I asked him for 3-4 things I mentioned before, he denied ALL of them told me he wasnt able to do them. So I asked him to do them now, so I can release the money.
He denied. 
Ive asked plenty of times to just add this one thing, so website is done, he denied.
I told him, that I have to get a refund if he is unable to finish the site.
He denied again, forced me to pay and said he will take the money and sell my site to someone else.

As mentioned before, I dont want the money, I just want the site do be finished.

And its my full right to wait till site is finished, developer wanted the money before site is even done, this is just stupid.

at this point I could continue but I think its clear.

It feels like everyone is hot I already talk to liars and will add him to the ticket and see what his decision will be and we will abide to it.
I just want to point out that this is why at the beginning of the ticket we ask what's the scope or requirements of the work because people tends to add things that wasn't even part of the original deal and just take it as an obvious thing that we as a developer would add. Also as I see before this happens you two seems to have been talking fine the only problem was it keeps adding up which is obviously delaying the original part of the deal.

I'm not here to argue against you and what I could suggest is we could solve this if we keep to follow the original part of what the deal was then if you want to add something later that would be a separate scope of work. The only thing that I saw they did wrong is they closed it without my permission and they keep talking shit which is unavoidable when they get tilted they are on wrong on that part.

I'm not here to argue against you and what I could suggest is we could solve this if we keep to follow the original part of what the deal was then if you want to add something later that would be a separate scope of work. The only thing that I saw they did wrong is they closed it without my permission and they keep talking shit which is unavoidable when they get tilted they are on wrong on that part.

So the only thing I want:

I ordered a clean dice animation similar to the one from Telegram.

I got a bad animation.

So Please, just do it how I want it:

1. Make the dice jump
2. Make the dice dissappear after each round

Both things are not done, if they are done, im ready to release rest of the money and thing is cleared.

It seems like @MadisonBeer has not been cooperative and been inactive. I will mark this scam report as solved. He is allowed to re-open this scam report. It will resume from there. Whole project does work it is just he does not like some css but the CSS he wants is impossible to add.
