Additional Information:  Mr. ragna, has scammed me 90$ tells me that he can do Return to sender Scan with UPS and that he can do it in two ways with Panel thing I already have and I know it does not work and manual, I give him a tracking to test the manual to see if it is true and if such offer it in my group, and he charges me 90$ entry, according to him tells me that the scan takes 1-2 days to be updated on the UPS page, the scan according to him you can see the capture he did on Thursday May 19, so Saturday at the latest should be shown, well after that time I see that there is nothing updated, he keeps telling me to wait, he even tells me now that there are 3 days and that weekends do not count, well on Monday I look again and still not updated, I tell him to refund me and he refuses, he says to wait, I tell him to wait until today and he keeps telling me to keep waiting and does not want to refund me. Then he deletes the whole telegram conversation and blocks me, thank god I had taken the screenshots days before, and I have the telegram conversation exported.

I can show all the exported chat and the tracking I sent him for testing.

Firstly, let me start off by saying, go check my threads, I was the first person who started offering FTIDNA(RTS), before anyone ever knew about it. A manual rts is not done online, its like an ftid. I told him it would get dropped, then he kept messaging me during the weekend, calling me a liar and telling me to refund, not even 24 hours had gone by, annoying to say the least. Today he tells me my customer did not accept package, wait first of all, with manual ftid/rts, you should attempt the refund after you have received the package, its not a rts using a fucking panel, its an ftid on the delivery label to make it returned to sender so you can contact the store saying it got returned. Keep in mind, during the whole weekend he would say I don't want it anymore refund me, no, thats not how life works, you don't change your mind after a label is dropped. He started calling me a liar, that I was inventing shit and kept pestering me. He would also message me everyday at like 9 am in the US, which doesn't make any sense because it is clearly not going to move at 9 am. I literally told him, I am not refunding you, talk to Lucas, and still, he would message me constantly asking for a refund. What he purchased is already on the way getting done, but from what he said his customers refund is doomed cause he already rejected the delivery(shouldn't happen in the first place).

You should speak clearly to your customers whats going on, I am dealing with you not your customer.
