Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $150 + $50 on hold

Additional Information: The user was holding $150 on his stripe, he received the money on 31 January, but things got suspicious when he banned me from his server and told me that he needs money to reinvest and he will pay me on 7 February and after me saying no he said that he will keep the money till, on 7 February to prevent fraud (chargebacks) even if I told him that I'll repay in case he gets chargebacked , he knew that I was using prepaid and allowed me to do so, I have also shown him how to do that so he did as well, he kept canceling the payment from 31 February till now, saying tomorrow or making excuses like those, also on 30-31 February he asked me to give proxies to one of his customers since he got a scam report about that. so I did so, here is the old scam report: https://cracked.sh/Thread-Scam-report-on-Tavio
I think that he's planning on exit as his customer's proxies aren't working and he keeps paying me so that's why I want my money now
