Hello, I haven't replied before since I wasn't connected to cracked.io. I can help him solve the issues he got but I will not refund his money since there are no refunds in my Terms Of Service: https://imgur.com/a/4lVn0ec

EDIT: The reason why he can't use it it's due the download link being expired.
