Bought adobe CC on august 9th, account literally died within days.
He fixed it once, which died after 2 days.

Since then he has been making bs promises and keeps you waiting for nothing.
Have been more then patient with this guy, i dont want any replacement or w/e since it dies within days anyway, i want a full refund.

The buyer purchased a lifetime Adobe subscription from me on August 9th, which was explicitly mentioned as being tied to the lifespan of the method used to access the service. This is a standard rule clearly stated in all my sales threads as part of the agreement before purchase.

The customer has been using the service since August, despite some method-related interruptions, which I actively communicated and resolved promptly. Method lifespan warranties are industry-standard for such services, and once a method expires, the warranty is considered fulfilled.

Additionally:
1. The method worked for months, not “days.” Any claims otherwise contradict the timeline.
2. I proactively kept the buyer updated regarding any disruptions or changes.
3. Despite the expired method, I extended a discounted offer for an upgrade to the new method as goodwill, which the buyer declined.

Given these facts, this claim of a “scam” is unfounded. I have upheld my end of the agreement, provided support, and even offered a solution after the initial method expired.
