Additional Information: I purchased credits on his SSM, purchased google reviews, he said 48 hrs delivery, and it's been over 3 days, he stopped communication 1-2 days ago. I'm willing to retract this report if he communicates again or responds on discord / here as the item has not been delivered within the time frame as promised and is over a day late.

Can we keep this report open for another 1 day, seller created a screenshot from a unknown platform showing that his in contact with his manufacturer, however he only responded to all my queries after the scam report was filed so I'm not sure if the contact he made was truthful / valid. 

I'm willing to keep this open for another 1 day to see what happens if that's ok. As this service is extremely unprofessional, if I never made this report the seller likely wouldn't have responded. 

If service isn't complete within a day I want a full refund, it's already been 3 days delayed over the expected delivery time of 2 days.

Yes however I double checked and I had deposited 63 usd onto your platform which also incurred approximately 4-5 usd worth of gas fees at the time of transaction.

Therefore I want to be refunded all  usd (the 63 usd + gas) as it doesn't make sense for me to pay for the gas if your platform is unable to deliver the service as described / promised. 

You can remove my account on your platform afterwards if you want as I only wanted to use that service, and there does not appear to be a withdraw function on the platform anywhere.
