Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Failed £2621 order but I still have the items atleast.

Additional Information:
I’m guessing he couldn’t do the refund but instead of telling me he decided to waste 3 months of my time by reading my messages and not replying with any updates, it’s been 5 months+ at this point I don’t think he will do my refund. I only lost out on paying full price for those items but I still have them. The company sent me an email saying they cannot process my refund as shown in the screenshot. I assume the refund is not possible anymore.
